if i could give zero stars i would, brought a car back in December 2023, the advert said full ford service history which is a LIE, the car service history with ford was upto September 2022, the advert also said full history, which they cant provide and when called advised they never had the service log to give me, due to the lies been said im now taking legal action against them for the mis selling f the car

Bought my car from here back in May, car has not missed a beat since owning it, really very happy with it! Had a small issue with 2 tyres shortly after purchase, which was resolved under the warranty quickly and without argument. Used to buying cars that have teething problems and was expecting much the same with this one, but they never came. Would definitely recommend GH motors!

Poor service and a very rude owner.Emailed about a car called and called was promised a call babk wanted to put a deposit on a car.Only to phone the next day to be told it was sold , poor communication and poor service.Disappointed customer

Bought a Volvo V70 from here recently. The following day I had to take it back as on the way home the engine warning light appeared on the dash board. Spoke the salesman Neil who got the mechanic to check it out. Put it on the diagnostic machine and came back with fault P1407 (emissions). I needed the car for holiday trip but the mechanic said it was ok to drive and to bring it back on return for it to be fixed. So I rang up on return and was told they wont fix it and to just claim on the warranty they sold with the car. This is just not good enough as that will cost me money and inconvenience as diagnostic check pre fix are not fully covered.This is something the garage should be covering as the car was clearly not fit for sale (emissions fault fails MOT)Would not recommend.
