Brilliant. I purchased the car on bank holiday monday and collection would of been the following friday due to the car needing a mot and full service. Due to work the only day i could collect was wednesday after 5pm. Jeremy was very helpful after i explained my situation, and agreed to wednesday 5pm. I arrived late almost 5.30,their closing time. Another customer was being dealt with, I was acknowledged and asked to wait a moment, and it was literally a moment. Paperwork done, transfer of log book ,i'd done a part exchange, tax done. Everything was smooth, nothing was rushed. I was asked several times if everything was ok and did i have any questions. Jeremy walked me to the car, reassuringly said, any questions or problems either give us a call or pop in. Thank you, I was anxious and overwhelmed when i arrived, I was soon put at ease and left happily with my new car.

From start to finish, the service was excellent. I dealt with both Ashley and then Jeremy and both were extremely helpful and polite. On meeting Jeremy, we engaged well and he made the whole sales experience extremely comfortable, explaining everything as he went. Couldn’t have asked for more. On doscovering a very minor issue post sale, he quickly remedied it despite me being a couple of hindred miles away. Top support.

I recently bought a car from G H motors receiving excellent service throughout From initial phone calls regarding the car in question to face to face appointments Jeremy and Chris were friendly, professional and answered my many questions I didn’t feel rushed at all in making this decision. Jeremy was really helpful, kind and really nice guy to deal with giving me the opportunity to test drive the car on several occasions without hesitation This was a big decision for me, so thanks guys for helping me through this and for your relaxed manner.
